MeMaana is a handcrafted fashion and lifestyle brand rooted in Lucknow’s Chikankari legacy. We offer hand-embroidered sarees, kurtas, accessories, and more — combining Indian tradition with modern elegance.

2. Are all MeMaana products handmade?
Yes, every MeMaana piece is handcrafted. We work with skilled artisans — many from generations of Chikankari embroidery families — ensuring authenticity and artisanal quality in every stitch.

3. Do you offer customizations or made-to-order pieces?
At present, we do not offer custom-made orders. However, you can contact us for specific sizing or product queries at info@memaana.com.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, MeMaana ships globally. However, returns and exchanges are not applicable for international orders. Please contact us before placing an international order for size or product-related questions.

5. What is your return policy?
You can return an item if it's unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with original tags intact. The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. SALE items and ACCESSORIES are not eligible for return. Returns are processed via Bank Transfer and may take up to 15 working days.

6. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you may request an exchange for a different size or style within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. SALE items and ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged.

7. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Click the “Return/Exchange” link on our website and follow the instructions. For defective items, include clear parcel-opening videos or photos.

8. Who bears the return shipping cost?
If we sent you a defective or incorrect product, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and cover all shipping costs. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping and related costs.

9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations are accepted after that time.

10. How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary based on location, but most domestic orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. International deliveries may take longer depending on customs and courier delays.

11. How do I care for Chikankari garments?
We recommend dry cleaning only for all MeMaana garments to preserve the intricate hand embroidery and fabric quality.

12. What materials do you use?
We use natural, breathable fabrics like cotton, muslin, georgette, and silk, staying true to the traditions of Indian textile heritage.
